33rd Annual General Meeting

Calling all Old Bens in the GTA.

The 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Alumni Association will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 6.30 pm (EST) at the Party Room of Beverley’s Condo. The Address is given below:

The tentative Agenda is given below:

1. Opening prayers, followed by a moment of silence for the dearly departed Old Bens and their immediate families during the past year.

2. Welcome Speech by The President.
3. To obtain comments and confirm the Minutes of the 32nd AGM held on June 11, 2022 (As the minutes were circulated it will not be read during the AGM)
4. To receive and confirm the Financial Statements as at December 31, 2022 and the Auditor’s Report.
5. To elect/re-elect Office Bearers for the ensuing term 2023-2024
6. To appoint a Hony. Auditor for the ensuing term 2023 -2024.
7. Any Other Business.
8. Singing of the College Anthem.
